Even CEO Can't Figure Out How RadioShack Still In Business

It's amazing how things continue on. While so many companies close their doors for good, others just seem to hang on.

While RadioShack is still on the Fortune 500, their financials are in a tailspin.

The point however is that this article should be circulated to EVERY RadioShack employee.

This is the call to action the company needs..

Because, if you've been in a RadioShack (ever!) it is just like it's described.

Citizen Journalism has arrived. Better yet, Citizen Involvement has arrived.

For years, video phones and picture messaging has been a "secondary" source for media outlets. However with the recent events at Virginia Tech, the concept has moved to the forefront:

Now, to take the concept even further, why wouldn't companies in retail (or otherwise) adopt this sort of approach to "monitor" their bricks and mortar operations?

Imagine, the next time you see a messy back room of a retail outlet, you send a video, or still image directly to a website set up by the company.

Your brand is at stake. Your countless hours (and dollars) spent perfecting the customer experience, and it's ruined because your district managers can't be everywhere at once.

Sure, it's a bit "Big Brother", but it will help.
